WEIGHT-LOCKING LEVER

Simply lift the weight carriage to begin exercising. To finish the workout, push down on the weight-locking lever and lower the carriage into one of three locking positions.

LOW PLATE LOAD DESIGN

Plate storage bars are positioned near the load arms for easy loading and unloading, no higher than waist level.

SAFETY STOP

Users set the lowest point in squat motion by placing a solid steel locking bar in 1 of 7 positions.

BOLT-DOWN HOLES

For added safety, the plate loaded squat can be bolted to the floor through pre-drilled holes.
